Pucci de Rossi

Sculptor and Italian designer (Vérone 1947).

Raise of American sculptor H.B Walker, it begins his artistic activity in 1971 with metal sculptures, then out of wood and materials of recovery.

It exposes in Italy, in Milan, Venice, Padoue before settling in Paris in 1977.

In 1980 it exposes to it for the first time.

It composes of the sculptures starting from elements of furniture of recovery juxtaposed and, without losing its identity of sculptor, it designs a functional furniture, single parts or limited series, based on the irony or the diversion of use.

After a long stay in Los Angeles, it carries out a series of personal exposures where it affirms its techniques: assemblies, patinas, cabinet work.

The collection Mobili Brutti, presented in 1991 Néotu gallery in Paris and New York, followed of a personal exposure to VIA in 1993, devotes its furniture.
It diversifies its activity: collection of jewels with Beverly Hills, installation of the shop Barbara Bui, work of glass in the international Research center on Glass (CIRVA) in 1994 and 1995.
